Appearance
Brick red through deeper maroon, usually with cream or white streaks. Tone varies more batch to batch than white or black chips, so matching an earlier delivery exactly is not always possible — order a single lot where colour continuity matters.
Indoor and outdoor suitability
Works indoors as a terrazzo accent and outdoors in beds, borders and decorative concrete panels. Red tones hold up visually against greenery, which makes them popular in planting schemes.
How to choose the right chip size
For mixed terrazzo, keep red at a minority share of the blend so the floor reads warm rather than uniformly red. For loose landscape fill, 10-20 mm keeps the colour readable from standing height.
