Best Marble Chip Colour for Landscaping

The right landscape colour depends less on taste than on dust, sun and how often you will clean it.
For maximum brightness: white
White lifts shaded corners and gives the sharpest contrast against planting. It also needs the most maintenance, so use it where it is seen and where rinsing is practical.
For low maintenance: yellow and brown
Warm colours mask dust and soil, which makes them the practical choice for driveways, dusty sites and areas that will not be cleaned often.
For a neutral architectural look: grey
Grey sits quietly against concrete, glass and modern planting, and holds a clean appearance in urban conditions better than white.
For contrast and definition: black
Black defines edges and borders sharply. It absorbs heat in open sun, so it works better as a band or accent than as a large barefoot surface.
