Working grades
3-6 mm is the standard field grade. 5-8 mm and 6-8 mm give a bolder pattern. Fine grades below 3 mm are used to close the matrix.
Blending
Blending a coarse and a fine fraction produces a denser surface with fewer visible matrix gaps after grinding. Order both grades in matched quantities.
Cleanliness
Dust on the chip surface affects bond in both cement and resin systems. Specify washed material where your system needs it.
Continuity
Floors poured over several sessions need one lot of material. Tell us the full floor quantity, not just the first pour.
